When it comes to customer service this place has it in the bag. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly and welcoming employee who wanted to help me find my desired bottle of wine. I was wanting a local fruit wine and he immediately knew what I was talking about. He got on his computer and looked it up for me. Sadly, they didn't have it there but at another location. He was willing to call the other store and have them put it on hold for me. I decided that it was unnecessary and that I would find something else.
Quick as a flash he lead me to other fruit wines both warm and chilled, local and international that they carried. He made good suggestions and had great knowledge of the stock. After he left me to make my choice, I got to walk around and explore the store.
I have to say that it is an impressive design. It does not feel like a warehouse despite its large size but has an interactive feel. It's like you stepped into a distillery, brewery, or even a large winery. There is a lot of ground to cover plus some interesting bottles to add to the cocktail connoisseur's list of drinks to try. Just look in the "Distillery Row," to see that's true.
So all in all, when you don't know exactly what you want or have something specific on your mind, this is the place to go. If you go during 3PM-6PM, you can taste one of their features. You might find something unexpected here.
