Namo Café & Bistro Review

Wow! I can’t say it any plainer than that. This small, sweet café has everything a person could ever want for breakfast and brunch. The ambiance is quaint and homey with touches of boho. The kind of place that kind of reminds you of the countryside, but with all the conveniences of a city. The fun pictures, the chalkboard with cheerful sayings, are a gentle reminder of what makes a place great.

Although it was very busy, the staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Everything we ordered they got for us quickly and always made sure we were having a lovely stay. But of course, the best of the best is the food . What we had was the Duck Confit, Passionfruit Mango Crepe, and the BYO Poutine Bowl. Each one was so delicious that we didn’t want to stop eating them. The breakfast poutine had farm fresh eggs, melted cheese, hollandaise and some fresh vegetables that make your heart sing! If I could eat that all again, I definitely would. The savory potatoes that came with it were absolutely perfect in the dish. And this is my recommendation to all you vegetarians out there.

Although busy and a little bit on the pricey side, this is a place that you have to stop at when you are feeling peckish in the morning. The quality of the food and the customer service are above and beyond. I will see you all when I’m in the neighborhood again.
